Nightwing

Dick Grayson was a member of the famed circus performers “The Flying Graysons” until his parents were murdered in an engineered accident in he middle of a performance. He was taken in by a wealthy philanthropist, and when the Raven briefly came out of retirement, Dick worked as his sidekick Talon.

Raven and Talon were a short lived team, though. Raven found his old injuries catching up with him, and he returned to retirement, though he promised to always be available to Dick if needed.

Dick moved to New York City, where he joined the police force, and soon began hero work as Nightwing.

For a while, he worked with Bowman’s former sidekick, now calling himself Archer in the team known as Force Ops, often coming in to conflict with the mercenary Deathstroke.

Recently, he came to Freedom City hunting vampires, and fell prey to Dracula, who changed him to a vampire. He has been desperately struggling to fight the urges inherent in vampirism. After being rescued by the Freedom League he is receiving treatment from Doctor Atom, but still worries he may succumb.
