Dracula

Once a Count in Transylvania, Dracula left behind the old country after the Great War to expand his influences elsewhere. He enjoys founding small coteries of vampire subjects with which he can weave his plots, while also cultivating mortal thralls to his will.

Most recently he came to Freedom City, posing as Count Dragomir Vladmirescu, and turning the Russian mob boss Natasha Gorokhov and her lackeys. He also encountered Nightwing and turned him as well.

He was initiating some plot involving The Rhodes Foundation when the Freedom League stormed his mansion, killing him and capturing his minion Mindfire
